Blythe Otter-Bugg, LMSW
Blythe Otter-Bugg, LMSW graduated from Alma College in 2016 with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and from Michigan State University with a Master of Social Work degree in 2018. She received training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through Michigan State University’s Evidence Based Trauma Treatment Certificate.
Blythe is passionate about and has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults to help them heal from trauma or stressors in order to live a healthier and happier life.
Blythe believes in using a strength-based, solution-focused approach that borrows components from evidenced-based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Theory. Blythe understands that you may be coming to therapy for the first time, so it is imperative to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space in which we can develop rapport, process concerns, and begin progress toward your goals.
