Lacey Merchant, LPC

Lacey Merchant is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University.

Lacey has over 15 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings and a decade of experience working with families in the mental health setting.  She comes to Comforts of Home Counseling with areas of expertise working with family conflict, trauma, behavioral issues such as oppositional defiant disorder (O.D.D.), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, and anxiety.  She also brings a wealth of experience in working in the area of autism.  Her treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Brief Strategic Family Therapy.  She is currently taking new clients aged 7-17 years old.
